This is more than a cup of tea, it is a tea concentrate. These herbs can be brewed up to two times, or brewed once as a strong decoction/brew in a pot of water and diluted to your tasting.

Suggested prep:

  • add 1-2 heaping tablespoon of herbs, appx 5-10 grams, to a pot of 2-5 cups boiling water. boil for 15-30 minutes covered.

  • strain carefully. herbs may be preserved for one more use.

  • add honey or milk to taste, drink strong or dilute as desired.

  • this brew will keep 3 days refrigerated. drink 1-2 cups nightly a 30-60min before bed.
