Shipping Policy
At Lab & Leaf, every order is packed with care in our Los Angeles, California studio. Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, we take pride in preparing your order as thoughtfully as we formulate it. Our packaging is evolving so you may notice slight changes with each order as we evolve our small brand.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll reach out and keep you informed. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage which has a 3-5 day shipping window depending on your location. We ship from Los Angeles, CA.
Shipping
At this time, Lab & Leaf ships within the United States only.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free Ground Advantage shipping with orders of $100 or more. We ship all of our orders via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lab & Leaf is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We ship to the address specified in the Shipping Address field unless otherwise asked to ship differently. Our shipping labels are created automatically from this field so please ensure they are your preferred address before checkout. Contact us if there is an error so we may correct it before shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@labandleaf.com. We'll work with you to determine the best resolution.
